Member I.M of the group MONSTA X enlists in the army as an active-duty soldier.
I.M enters the training center this February 9 to receive basic military training before fulfilling his national duty as an active-duty soldier in the army.
On the 1st, I.M went on stage during “2026 MONSTA X WORLD TOUR ‘THE X NEXUS’” held at the KSPO Dome in Songpa Olympic Park in Seoul (formerly the gymnastics arena), where he held his head-shaving ceremony in front of fans. The members of MONSTA X shaved I.M’s hair one by one, and many fans shed tears.
At that moment, I.M stated:

All the members of MONSTA X, except I.M, have completed their military service.
