WAKEONE highlighted among its artists ZEROBASEONE and ALPHA DRIVE ONE, warning against acts infringing on their personality rights and reputation. It added: “We inform you that we have appointed the law firm (LLC) SHIN & KIM and that legal proceedings are currently underway.”
ZEROBASEONE and ALPHA DRIVE ONE are groups formed respectively through seasons 1 and 2 of Mnet’s survival program “Boys Planet”. In the background of this announcement of legal action concerning these two teams, it is assumed that the controversy surrounding member KIM GEON WOO of ALPHA DRIVE ONE is spreading.
In July of last year, during the broadcast of “Boys Planet 2”, KIM GEON WOO was involved in a controversy related to his personality following a revelation post concerning his trainee period.
