HONG MINSUNG of NEWBEAT attracted attention in China with an extraordinary schedule.
The member HONG MINSUNG of NEWBEAT (Park Minseok, Hong Minsung, Jeon Yeoyeojeong, Choi Seohyun, Kim Taeyang, Jo Yunhu, Kim Riwoo) recently carried out his first individual overseas schedule within the group, in Yanji, China.
First, HONG MINSUNG officially attended as a promotional ambassador for ice racing at the “2026 9TH NORTHEAST ASIA ICE AND SNOW AUTOMOBILE·MOTORSPORTS COMPETITION.” Even in -20℃ weather, he led the atmosphere on site by presenting an interview and a dance performance. In particular, as an ambassador representing male idols, he performed the stage of “Look so good”, attracting the attention of local fans.
During an interview conducted on site, HONG MINSUNG revealed that he was the only member of the group with a driver’s license, showing a special attachment to cars. He also carried out dynamic activities by riding directly in a vehicle driven by YANG TAO, representative of UC Car Racing in China, to experience ice racing.
