The integrated content group RBW is launching a large-scale global expansion.

On March 11, RBW announced that its subsidiary WM ENTERTAINMENT recently finalized a global acquisition contract with 257 ENTERTAINMENT and began the post-acquisition integration process (PMI).
Through this, WM ENTERTAINMENT will acquire all IP assets, exclusive artist contracts, and all personnel of 257 ENTERTAINMENT, covering all aspects of the business.
With this acquisition, RBW plans to strengthen its global expansion by integrating the K-pop “global rookie,” XLOV.
Debuting in January 2025, XLOV (Wumuti, Rui, Hyun, Haru) positions itself as the first K-pop group aiming for a genderless concept. The group has already proven itself in major audition shows like “BOYS PLANET” and established a strong global fandom even before debut.
RBW CEO KIM JINWOO stated: “We greatly value the unique creativity of 257 ENTERTAINMENT. This acquisition will combine the infrastructures and expertise of RBW, DSP MEDIA, and WM ENTERTAINMENT, generating powerful synergy. We will do our best to expand XLOV’s IP in the global market.”
257 ENTERTAINMENT CEO PARK JAEYONG also expressed: “This collaboration will allow K-pop trends to expand even more rapidly worldwide. We thank XLOV and their fandom EVOL for their constant support and will continue to move forward with perseverance.”
Additionally, RBW’s roster includes a wide range of artists covering diverse genres, including MAMAMOO, ONEWE, OH MY GIRL, KARD, AN YE EUN, YOUNGPAC, and GAVIN J.
