LEE HAE IN
Passed from trainee idol to director, and now producer, LEE HAE IN revealed her role models as well as her future goals.

LEE HAE IN recently met the media Xports News in a cafe located in Hapjeong-dong, in the Mapo district of Seoul, to share her future activity plans as a creative director.
LEE HAE IN, who became known by appearing in “PRODUCE 101” on MNET in 2016, recently co-founded the new entertainment agency ALL MY ANECDOTES alongside CEO Kim Jay, former director of WARNER MUSIC KOREA, and became its CCO (Chief Creative Officer, directrice de la création).
LEE HAE IN not only established herself as the director of KISS OF LIFE, but she also participated later as a jury member on the show “PROJECT 7”, while taking part in the production of the group CLOSE YOUR EYES.
Moving from the status of a former audition participant to that of a judge, LEE HAE IN wished to unreservedly transmit the know-how she has acquired.
“By participating several times in audition programs, I finally understood what was important. During “PROJECT 7”, I passed a lot of that on to the participants. Working hard is crucial, but I advised that even if you fail, you must show that side in front of the camera. If there is no airtime, there is no personal narrative.”
She insisted: “Even if you receive criticism, your own story is important. It is unfortunate to see friends who have enough talent not be able to show it because of a lack of confidence.”
In particular, LEE HAE IN confides having learned a lot herself by finishing “PROJECT 7”. “When I was a participant, I thought all the jury members were successful people, and I vaguely dreamed of being in that position. By taking the responsibility of judging this time, I forged my own values. I gained the conviction that even if you don’t follow the path initially desired, you can get there if you have a clear goal,” she explained.
Regarding her goals, she stated:
“I felt like taking on more varied challenges in the future. My role model is the senior PARK JIN YOUNG, and my greatest wish as a producer is to focus with a more responsible attitude on the friends who are going to debut. On the other hand, I want to accumulate various experiences like becoming a radio DJ, traveling around the world, or making my debut as a writer.”
A participant in an audition program 10 years ago, LEE HAE IN launched herself today, 10 years later, as a producer. What image will LEE HAE IN have in 10 years?
“In 10 years, I want to take on even more innovative challenges. My biggest goal is not to rest on my laurels at that time and to lead a life of adventure, which would be fun. Rather than seeking stability, I want to go in search of dopamine,” she said.
LEE HAE IN, producer of the virtual group OWIS, revealed the future plans of her new entertainment agency ALL MY ANECDOTES.
From now on, LEE HAE IN does not stop there and pursues new challenges. She founded ALL MY ANECDOTES and presented the virtual girl group OWIS. Furthermore, without stopping in such a good way, she plans to simultaneously launch a boy group and a girl group with the goal of debuting next year.

“There are several plans that I had planned when the company was initially created. I projected to design a male team and a female team at the same time, and for the male team, the associated branding film should be unveiled next month,” declared LEE HAE IN.
LEE HAE IN, who first became known to the public as a trainee idol through audition programs starting with “PRODUCE 101”, sparked great interest by becoming the director of the girl group KISS OF LIFE.
She specified: “For KISS OF LIFE, I participated in the overall structure. I came to be extensively involved in the entire promotion, from the direction of the album to the planning of the year-end stages.”
Next, LEE HAE IN also mentioned the new groups whose launch is scheduled for next year. “Not all members of the male and female groups are fixed yet, but the key members are there,” she stated, adding: “Since I planned the launch of idols, I thought I would like them to be friends with their own story.”
She insisted: “Isn’t romance a bit dead in today’s world? I thought it would be good if they were friends in whom it still remains,” continuing: “I wanted them to be friends with their own personality and their own convictions. Working with friends who were too young made me sad. That’s why I didn’t select very young friends.”
The future will tell if LEE HAE IN is a visionary, after her diverse experiences in survivals and the creation of artists.
