JYP ENTERTAINMENT will hold a boy group global audition and will discover the next generation K-pop talents.
JYP ENTERTAINMENT opened the official audition site on March 26 and announced the holding of the audition “2026 JYP BOY GROUP GLOBAL AUDITION : THE HEAT“.
JYP ENTERTAINMENT stated:
“ The name of the audition “The heat”, just like the English word “Heat”, announces an intense “Heat” while simultaneously carrying the meaning of “Hit” which means “Popularity”, which means that we are looking for a boy group that will pursue an even hotter K-pop success ”.
This audition is open to any male born between 2008 and 2016. It will be held in a total of 8 regions: Osaka on April 18 (local time), New York and Bangkok on the 25th, California on May 2, Tokyo on the 9th, Sydney on the 16th, Melbourne on the 23rd, and up to Seoul on the 31st.
The first online registration is possible until 11:59 PM three days before the audition date of each region, and all registrations will be definitively closed on May 28 at 11:59 PM, three days before the date of the audition of the last region, Seoul.
