The phenomenon group reinforces its digital ecosystem to offer a smoother experience to its Japanese fans.
This April 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. KST, the official social networks of NEWJEANS announced a major update concerning their online presence in Japan. The official Japanese site of the group, managed in collaboration with ADOR and HYBE LABELS JAPAN, will benefit from a complete renewal scheduled for Thursday, April 9 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). This initiative aims to centralize the fan experience, the Bunnies, by integrating more functionalities directly within the WEVERSE application.
This restructuring leads to several important structural changes for members of the official fanclub:
- Centralization of content: Exclusive content reserved for the NEWJEANS Global Official Fanclub “BUNNIES” Membership (JP) will henceforth be accessible via the “Media” tab of NEWJEANS WEVERSE.
- Profile management: The registration and modification of additional member information will be done directly on the WEVERSE application, in the section dedicated to the Membership.
- Restricted accessibility: This content and benefits will remain strictly reserved for holders of the Japanese Membership (JP); members possessing a global Membership (GL) will not have access to it.
- Delivery history: To note that information relating to shipping histories on the old site will no longer be consultable after the renovation.
In order to allow this technological transition, a temporary interruption of services is programmed from Wednesday, April 8 at 1:00 p.m. to Thursday, April 9 at 1:59 p.m. During this period, the sending of membership confirmation or renewal emails will be suspended, just like the access to exclusive content on the Japanese site.
This change also implies a secure transfer of personal data (date of birth without the year, address, answers to questionnaires) to WEVERSE COMPANY in South Korea, in order to ensure the continuity of membership services. This data will be kept in accordance with the application’s policies and regulations in force.
Through this renewal, NEWJEANS continues to affirm its modern visual identity while simplifying the interaction with its international community.
