TOTALSET artists PARK KOON, AHN SUNG HOON, and SUNGMIN displayed an intense presence with passionate performances at the “2026 KTGA”.
PARK KOON, AHN SUNG HOON, and SUNGMIN appeared in the “2026 K-Trot Grand Awards (KTGA)” broadcast on the 30th of last month on MBC ON. During this award ceremony, the three men captivated the hearts of trot fans with stages reflecting their respective talents and charms.
First, AHN SUNG HOON offered deep emotion with Noh Sa Yeon’s hit “만남” and his own hit “엄마꽃”, before conveying a message of hope with Ahn Chi Hwan’s “사람의 꽃보다 아름다워”.
Winner of the vocal award in the male category, AHN SUNG HOON shared his impressions:
“Although I am still imperfect, I am doing my best, so I hope you will look upon me with kindness. I draw a lot of strength from my fan club HOONI-AENIE, who always support me as if they were part of a co-ed group with me. I thank you and I love you forever.”
SUNGMIN, for his part, elevated the prestige of the stage by rearranging his title “갓생” into a traditional Korean music (GUGAK) version. By presenting a traditional dance performance to the melodies of ancestral instruments like the grand drum (DAEBUK), SUNGMIN proved his strong presence as a “representative trot performer” by combining a powerful voice and spectacular group choreography.
PARK KOON turned up the heat with a medley mixing “땡잡았다” and “한잔해”, then expressed his respect for his illustrious senior by fervently performing “해뜰날” during a tribute stage dedicated to the late SONG DAE KWAN, recipient of the lifetime achievement award.
