HYOJUNG, a member of the group OH MY GIRL, looks back on the reasons that pushed her to start music.
HYOJUNG published on May 10, via the official social networks of OH MY GIRL, the schedule for her first digital single “PURPLE NOTE”, announcing its release for this coming May 21.
According to this schedule, HYOJUNG will post sequentially, starting with the tracklist today, concept photos, a visual sampler, a poster, and a music video teaser.
The solo return of HYOJUNG comes about 1 year and 5 months after the release of the special single “HOT CHRISTMAS (크리스마스 야간열차)” in December 2024.
The title of the single, “PURPLE NOTE”, was conceived by taking inspiration from the name of the music band club in which HYOJUNG was active as a singer when she was in high school.
Through this, HYOJUNG plans to look back on the occasion that led her to debut in music as well as her starting point.
