The group MAMAMOO continues its momentum as its world tour approaches by revealing the individual concept photos of its members.
With the addition of the images of WHEE IN and HWASA, the distinct atmospheres of the four artists finally come together, focusing all attention on the event.
On May 13, MAMAMOO successively presented the shots of WHEE IN and HWASA for the tour “MAMAMOO 2026 WORLD TOUR [4WARD]” (hereinafter “4WARD”) through its official social networks. After the prior revelation of the visuals of SOLAR and MOON BYUL, the outlines of the global concept are now clearly drawn with the appearance of the last members.
WHEE IN displays a resolutely urban look through a style based on a black outfit, enhanced by a hat and accessories. Her measured gaze and poses leave an impression that is both calm and powerful.
For her part, HWASA underlines her confident attitude by wearing a backless top made of silky fabric. Her intense face-to-face with the lens highlights a fatal image, sparking strong reactions from domestic and international fans.
By thus revealing one by one the concept photos of SOLAR, MOON BYUL, then of WHEE IN and HWASA, MAMAMOO captured the individuality of each member in phase with the “4WARD” theme. This series of visuals fuels the curiosity of fans as to how these aesthetics will translate on stage during the tour.
The title of the tour, “4WARD”, is the fusion of the number “4” representing the four members and the word “FORWARD” which means moving forward. It is a condensed expression that illustrates the comeback as a group of these artists after having distinguished themselves each on their own side in their respective musical activities.
In parallel with the preparations for the tour, MAMAMOO is leading the work on its next record head-on. The group plans to release a new full-group album during the month of June. It will be their first opus since their twelfth mini-album “MIC ON” released in 2022, representing about 4 years of waiting, which arouses immense interest among fans.
The starting point of this tour will be in Seoul. MAMAMOO will give the first concerts of “4WARD” from June 19 to 21 at the Olympic Hall of the Olympic Park, in the Songpa-gu district of Seoul.
After the Seoul leg, the group will expand its itinerary toward Asia and the American continent. A schedule of dates has been announced in several major cities, including Kaohsiung, Macao, Singapore, Manila, as well as New York, Chicago, Fort Worth, Cedar Park, Los Angeles, San Jose, Kent and Hong Kong.
