The singer HYOLYN has been transported to the hospital due to a sudden health issue. Consequently, her concert scheduled in Taiwan has also been canceled.
Her agency, ReH, declared through an official statement: “Our agency’s artist, HYOLYN, was transported to the hospital due to a sudden emergency situation and, according to the current opinion of the medical team, her situation requires giving absolute priority to treatment with hospitalization and rest.”
Therefore, HYOLYN will not be able to mount the stage of the “Fubon Guardians G! POP Music Festival” which was scheduled to be held in Taipei, Taiwan, this coming May 30. The agency explained that the decision not to participate in the show was inevitably made after comprehensively taking into account the artist’s health condition and safety.
On the agency’s side, they expressed apologies, sharing: “We feel a heavy responsibility for having to transmit such sudden news.” They bowed their heads, adding: “We sincerely apologize for causing worry, first and foremost to the Taiwanese fans who have waited for this show for a long time, as well as to the Fubon Guardians team and the stakeholders who deployed great efforts for the preparation of the event.”
Regarding HYOLYN‘s condition, the agency added: “With the artist herself having waited for this rendezvous with fans through this stage more than anyone, she expresses great regret, and she plans to fully devote herself to treatment in order to be able to recover her health as quickly as possible.”
Finally, ReH presented its apologies once again to the spectators who were waiting for the concert, concluding: “We will support the recovery of the artist’s health as an absolute priority, and we will do our best so that she can meet fans again with a healthy appearance.”
