The leader of the group SHINee and singer ONEW will appear at the “SUSTAINABLE WAVE FESTIVAL 2026”, the first eco-friendly music festival in Korea aiming for carbon neutrality.

The “SUSTAINABLE WAVE FESTIVAL” advocates for an eco-friendly festival that begins with small daily actions rather than heavy slogans. The idea is to present sustainability in a more familiar way so that spectators can naturally think about the value of the environment and the future while enjoying the performances of their favorite artists.
ONEW is an artist who has received broad love for a long time thanks to his warm voice and his delicate sensibility. He has transmitted a special resonance at every moment to music fans with his deep voice and his sincere stages, as well as with his music containing his own color like “Tough love”, “Animals”, “Winner”, and “Beat drum”.
In particular, ONEW‘s characteristic sensibility and his stage energy accumulated by alternating between SHINee and his solo activities naturally join the color of this festival where music and sustainability harmonize, arousing the expectations of the spectators.
Previously, the festival had unveiled GOD, EPIK HIGH, ZION.T, BOL4, and SORAN in its 1st lineup, and GRAY, PAUL KIM, Sunwoo Jung-a, and B1A4 in its 2nd lineup. With the addition of ONEW to this list, an even richer lineup encompassing hip-hop, R&B, emotional ballads, unrivaled vocals, and band performances has been completed. GOD will officiate as the headliner for both days to ensure the finale on August 29 and 30, thus anchoring the center of the festival.
The organizers stated: “Thanks to the warm interest shown in the 1st and 2nd lineups, we are preparing even richer stages”, and added: “With the contribution of ONEW‘s deep music and performances, we will offer a special experience to the spectators through this two-day festival where the value of sustainability naturally harmonizes.”
On the other hand, the “SUSTAINABLE WAVE FESTIVAL 2026” will be held for two days, next August 29 and 30, at the Munhak Stadium in Incheon.
