HYBE is organizing the producer audition “2026 HYBE Next New Creator”.
HYBE announced the news of the holding of the audition “2026 HYBE Next New Creator” via its official website on July 7. The individuals finally selected during this audition will obtain the opportunity to be active within the labels under the umbrella of HYBE Music Group: BIGHIT MUSIC, BELIFT LAB, PLEDIS Entertainment, HYBE LABELS JAPAN, and YX LABELS.
This audition was set up to find track producers specializing in pop music. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of gender, career, or nationality, and participation as an individual as well as a team is possible.
Candidates must submit a demo file capable of showing their musical abilities. Registration for the online qualifiers will take place from July 14 to August 12, and a creation support grant of 5 million won (about 2800 euros) will be paid to the individuals finally recruited. HYBE has been organizing the “Next New Creator” audition since 2016. This audition is a program intended to discover musical production personnel for its affiliated labels, and emphasizes the search for creators matching the musical direction of each label.

Furthermore, the labels participating in this audition include BIGHIT MUSIC, BELIFT LAB, PLEDIS Entertainment, HYBE LABELS JAPAN, and YX LABELS. BIGHIT MUSIC houses BTS, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and CORTIS, while BELIFT LAB develops ENHYPEN, ILLIT, and EVAN. PLEDIS Entertainment counts among its members BUMZU, HWANG MIN HYUN, SEVENTEEN, and TWS, and YX LABELS is in charge of the activities of &TEAM.
