NEWBEAT
The group NEWBEAT travels to Taiwan for the first time since its debut and takes the stage at a major local K-pop festival, thus expanding the scope of its global activities.

According to its agency Beat Interactive, NEWBEAT participates on August 8 in “K-WAVE INFINITY” held at the Kaohsiung Arena in Taiwan. During this show, K-pop artists representing several generations, such as HIGHLIGHT, APINK, CRAVITY, and FLAREU, gather to meet local fans.
NEWBEAT presents an entirely live performance on stage lasting nearly 30 minutes. The group plans to connect with the local audience through various performances, notably the title track of its 1st studio album, “Flip the coin”, as well as “We are young” rearranged in a band version and “Cappuccino” in a Chinese version.
A special stage has also been prepared for local fans. The group plans to broaden its rapport with the local audience by presenting a dance cover medley of various genres as well as a cover reinterpreting the flagship song of a famous Taiwanese group.
Starting with the promotions for its first mini-album “LOUDER THAN EVER” last year, NEWBEAT has continuously expanded its fan base abroad thanks to its results on the Amazon Music charts in the United States, its national tour, and its activities in China. Recently, the group affirmed its presence as a next-generation group by winning the “KM Next Potential” award at the “KMA 2026”.
In particular, ahead of this concert, the group broadened its touchpoints with fans by conducting various local promotions in Taiwan, such as television and radio broadcasts, magazine interviews, and busking. Attention is focused on whether NEWBEAT will be able to further strengthen its position in the Asian market on the occasion of this first concert in Taiwan.
