ONEW, member of the group SHINEE, will hold a solo concert in Taipei and meet his international fans.
ONEW published on August 20 at noon KST, on his official social networks, the poster for “2026 ONEW CONCERT [ONEW THE LIVE : Q] IN TAIPEI” (hereinafter “ONEW THE LIVE”). At the same time, he announced the news of the additional organization of a concert in Taipei.
Thus, ONEW will hold solo concerts one after another, starting with Tokyo in Japan on next September 22 and 23, followed by Taipei on October 3, then Seoul from October 30 to November 1, in order to meet his national and international fans.
“ONEW THE LIVE” is ONEW’s brand tour that puts forward a “live that one trusts and listens to”, following “CONNECTION” and “PERCENT (%)”. In particular, the subtitle of this concert, “Q”, is inspired by “Question” and carries the meaning of “a question that one constantly seeks”. It is planned to depict on stage the journey of ONEW who, as an artist, is always searching for new music, new stories as well as his own answers.
On last August 19, a docent video allowing to examine more deeply the meaning of the brand concert was also published on ONEW’s official YouTube channel. Through a narration in Korean and in Japanese recorded directly by ONEW, the meaning contained in “Q” was explained, increasing the immersion level of the concert.
In the “docent” video, ONEW gave a clue by declaring: “For a long time, I searched for a new voice and new expressions while letting you hear various music and stories”, continuing: “There is no defined answer for this concert. That is because everyone can discover a different meaning and answer depending on the time and memories they have gone through. I would like you to lend an ear to the questions of the concert and discover your own meaning and answer in them”.
Furthermore, ONEW will hold his solo concert “ONEW THE LIVE” on next October 3 at the Taipei International Convention Center. Before that, ONEW will enter the Taipei Dome for the first time since his debut on September 6, in order to participate in the themed event “Fubon Guardians High School”, where he will perform the ceremonial ceremonial first pitch and present a special performance.
