“Redred” by CORTIS reigns in the long term on the Spotify chart and breaks its own record every week.
“Redred”, the title song of the 2nd mini-album by CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, Keonho), held 1st place for 18 consecutive weeks in the latest “Weekly Top Songs Korea” (counting period: August 21 to 27) on the global audio and music streaming platform Spotify.
This is the longest record for 1st place among songs by K-pop groups to have climbed this ranking, and it ranked 179th in “Weekly Top Songs Global”, appearing there for the 18th week.
Its hold on the daily ranking is also solid. This song climbed to the top for the 110th time in Spotify’s “Daily Top Songs Korea” as of August 27.
CORTIS continues its activities tirelessly by releasing on August 24 the extension of its 2nd mini-album, “GREENGREEN_PLAYEXTENDED”. The new songs included “Pack it up” and “Moneymoneymoney”, just like the songs appearing on the existing 2nd mini-album, attracted attention by revealing raw and sincere emotions with the participation of all five members in the musical creation work.
CORTIS gives a boost to its activities by also conducting an overseas tour just one year after its debut.
The first tour that opened last July is heading toward its final. They successfully finished their concerts in Korea, Canada, and the United States. They will organize “2026 CORTIS TOUR IN JAPAN” at the Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa, Japan from September 4 to 6.
Apart from that, they have confirmed their participation in major overseas festivals such as the “Rock in Japan Festival 2026” in Chiba, Japan on September 20, and the “Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix” on October 9.
