LEE CHAEYEON
As the countdown to her official debut in Japan continues, the soloist raises the tone further with the publication of the second wave of visuals for her highly anticipated first Japanese single “MY VOICE”.
After unveiling a natural and melancholic solo universe, LEE CHAEYEON surprises her audience this time by integrating a mysterious male presence at the heart of the visual story.
Through seven new shots filled with nostalgia and closeness, the artist portrays a multi-faceted relationship:
-
Moments suspended outdoors: Holding hands facing an azure sky under a subtle crescent moon, tenderly embracing atop a lush green hill, or leaning back to back at sunset.
-
Sound and playful exploration: Equipped with a parabolic microphone to listen to sound through headphones, or sharing an indoor moment of closeness with tin can telephones and a handmade mask.
-
Melancholic atmosphere: Symmetrical framing in front of a faded pastel blue wall highlights distance or an invisible bond between the two protagonists.
These poetic and cinematic visuals further enrich the story surrounding the project’s slogan: “Put your feelings into your voice”.
As a reminder, LEE CHAEYEON will release the global digital version as well as the music video for “MY VOICE” on October 8, ahead of the physical release of the album on October 22.
A captivating second photo series that promises a visual and narrative concept of great depth for her Japanese debut!
