The group XLOV confirmed its comeback.
XLOV (Wumuti, Rui, Hyun, Haru) announced news of its release scheduled for October 28 by publishing the schedule for its 3rd mini-album “I=!” on its official social media on the 29th.
According to the schedule, XLOV will abundantly fill its comeback week by sequentially unveiling various teaser contents, starting with the tracklist on September 30, followed by a trailer, a highlight medley, a challenge preview, and music video teasers.
XLOV‘s comeback comes about 5 months after the release of its 2nd mini-album “I,God” released last May. In its previous work “I,God”, XLOV used the concept of “pawn promotion”, one of the rules of chess, to convey the message that even the weakest being can be reborn in the form it desires when it finally reaches its destination. Furthermore, XLOV once again poses an interesting question to the world through “I=!”, which contains a story connected to this “pawn promotion”.
In particular, XLOV saw its high musical quality recognized by ranking 6th on Billboard USA’s “The 25 best K-pop albums of 2026” chart with its previous release “I,God”, which draws attention to the music and performances that will be newly presented with “I=!”.
XLOV, the first gender-free group in K-pop, is captivating the global music scene by making an impression with its unique charms since its debut in January 2025. XLOV‘s 3rd mini-album, “I=!”, which will seal its growing popularity in Korea as well as abroad, will be unveiled on October 28 at 6 p.m.
