Girls group GFRIEND has just unveiled a first series of conceptual photos for their new album, signaling an imminent return.
GFRIEND unveiled the Crossroads version of their mini-album “回: LABYRINTH” on their official SNS this Monday at midnight.
The published photos show GFRIEND standing on a railway line that divides into two, looking at the camera with a neutral face. The deep eyes of the six members add to the serene atmosphere, an emptiness.
GFRIEND released “A Tale of the Glass Bead: Previcious Story“, which tells the past story of the albums they released, announcing the development of their story which leads them to new growth.
The final narration of the video, which shows six girls standing at an intersection, is illustrated by the conceptual photos of the Crossroads version released today, and more anticipates the type of music that will be in the new album..
The album is the first result of the collaboration between Source Music and Big Hit Entertainment, and should bring a better synergy in music, content, performances and clips.
GFRIEND will release their new mini-album “回: LABYRINTH” on February 3rd in three versions: “Crossroads”, “Room” and “Twisted”.
