G-DRAGON posted several pictures on his Instagram on April 25th, showing his new apartment.
The young man has indeed acquired a new apartment worth 9 billion KRW (7,313,510 USD) in Hannam.
As part of a luxury apartment complex “Nine One Hannam” its residents have recently started to move into their new apartments, and G-DRAGON was one of them.
The complex “Nine One Hannam” is a high standing complex composed of 9 buildings and 335 apartments. Each of them is equipped with its own private elevator and its own terrace. It has set a new record for pre-sale prices in Korea, an average of 61 million won for 3.3 m2.
G-DRAGON moved after having previously lived in Galleria Forest. BIGBANG‘s leader has moved into one of the penthouse, which is about 300 m2. Several celebrities are expected to join him soon, such as BAE YONG JOON and PARK SOO JIN, trotting singer JANG YOON JUNG and a board member of the band Lotte, as well as political personalities.
