This Monday, November 2nd at midnight, promotional photos and audios for the group’s new album BTS were unveiled on the group’s official social networks.

It was during the first steps taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus by various governments around the world that the group’s tour had to be moved and then canceled.
Eager to rediscover the closeness that exists between them and their fans during concerts, the members of BTS either RM, JIN, SUGA, J-HOPE, JIMIN, V and JUNGKOOK have started a series of live on the Vlive application and on YouTube in order to chat with the public and share with them the activities they engage in in their free time, thus JIN, the oldest member and singer, has trained on the piano, SUGA, rapper and composer, discovered a passion for painting while other members such as RM and JIMIN fell in love with new fashions by making Dalgona Coffee.
After several weeks of routines, between lives, posts on social networks and commenting on fan posts on the Weverse application, an application developed by BIGHIT Entertainment which allows artists to post photos and videos and to see and comment on the posts of their community , the members announced during a live the conception of a new album.
While usually the creation of their album is confidential, this time the members wanted to show the audience every step of the creation of it. New as well, BTS created the album from scratch, be it music, content or even design, each member had an assigned role.
Through a live on May 7th, 2020, RM, leader, mentioned the idea of creating pieces reflecting the aura of each one, where each member would personally choose the colors, the decoration of the room until the outfit he would wear. It is with the concept photos of V that we can see that the project was accepted and implemented.

So we find V, whose real name is KIM TAEHYUNG, in the center of a room decorated in a traditional Western style, the colors green water and white are predominant with brown, giving a restful air to the place. In the center, the singer wears a casual outfit, reinforcing the restful feeling that the piece conveys. We can see violins on the wall and in its center a photograph of a man paddling in the open sea almost makes us hear the gentle sound of the waves.
A first for the promotion of an album, the promotional photos are accompanied by audios. So, true to the emotions conveyed by the photo, V‘s soft voice explaining his choice of objects and the room is worthy of the rest he wants us to feel. With the audios, we learn that the singer’s wish is to transcribe the atmosphere of a museum and to be its curator.
The sofa, the vases, the violins, the frame as well as the tapestry and the moldings remind us of the greatest historical museums, plunging us into the singer’s own universe.

To discover the worlds of other BTS members, visit their social networks every day at midnight, until the release of the album “BE” on November 20th.
