BLACKPINK’s “Playing with fire” music video has surpassed 600 million views on YouTube.

According to YG Entertainment on December 28th, BLACKPINK’s “Playing with fire” music video surpassed 600 million views on YouTube as of 3:05 pm that same day.
BLACKPINK now has six MV with over 600 million views, in addition to “Ddu-du ddu-du” (1.4 billion views), “Kill this love (1.1 billion views)”, “Boombaya” (1 billion views), “As if it’s your last” (900 million views) and “How you like that” (700 million views).
This is the highest record for a K-pop girl group. BLACKPINK’s debut songs “Whistle” and JENNY’s track “Solo” are also set to hit 600 million views, so BLACKPINK’s record is expected to continue.
“Playing with fire” is one of the double tracks from BLACKPINK’s second digital single “SQUARE TWO“. It is loved for its lyrics which compare the heart of a girl who suddenly fell in love with fireworks with its tropical house genre.
