On August 2nd, ASTRO came back with 8th mini album and topped the Bugs Music Chart and became the best iTunes’ song in the US on the comeback’s day. The group also topped charts in 37 countries for the best album, breaking its own records.
“SWITCH ON” is a mini album in which each member of ASTRO participated in writing lyrics and composing and it broke many records by appearing on the top of national and international charts and attracting many medias’ attention. “SWITCH ON” can be compared to a crystal that shows the member’s new concept and colors. Title-song “After Midnight” reached 10 millions views 34 hours after its release, that is twice faster that the group’s latest title-song “ONE”. The group attracted people’s attention and broke its own record reaching 20 millions views on YouTube in only 79 hours.
ASTRO also participated in several TV shows and unveiled Behind The Scenes clips. There is a close relationship between the members and that is something that we can find in many clips such as “Suit Dance” on 1theK, “Relay Dance” on M2 and “MOVE REC” by Dingo Music. Moreover, the members never stopped communicating with their fans and started performing in music shows by appearing on Inkigayo on August 8.
ASTRO is clearly a group that is growing more and more and keeps on attracting many Korean and International medias.
