MAMAMOO’s SOLAR, which will be making a comeback on March 16, has released additional photos from her new album.
At midnight today, SOLAR showed off her debut mini album photo “:FACE” via their official SNS, raising expectations for a comeback.
In the published photo, SOLAR poses on a huge plaster statue inspired by her face. SOLAR showed off her bold and elegant charm with her bare feet and pure white dress. In particular, while the long flowing hair on the plaster statue drew attention, the concept of breaking SOLAR’s frame raised questions about the upcoming album.
SOLAR will release her first mini album “:FACE” on March 16. “FACE” is SOLAR’s first mini album and was created based on her real name, Kim Yong-sun’s Chinese character “FACE”. As it made a name for itself, SOLAR was actively involved in concept planning as well as song production.
The title track is “Honey,” featuring work by RBW division “hitmakers” Kim Do-hoon, Seo Yong-bae, and Minky. SOLAR will also be listed in composition and photography to show outstanding musical abilities.
SOLAR will be releasing her first mini album “:FACE” on various music sites on March 16.
