SOOHYUN will be releasing his first mini album “COUNT ON ME” on August 1. It is the first mini-album to be released as a solo album after 14 years since his debut.
SOOHYUN has gathered his own color with his unique explosive singing ability and sweet voice through various solo songs such as “Snowman” and “You” as well as U-KISS albums.

# Suhyun’s “Soju Song” is born
The title song of this album is “소주의 요정“, which has a unique name. It’s a song with a unique setting that compares the process of a man falling in love with the emotional change he undergoes while drinking soju. Notably, the song is also a tribute to the title “샴푸의 요정“, a masterpiece by the band The light and the salt.
Earlier, SOOHYUN released some of his new songs through video teasers and a medley, raising expectations by combining SOOHYUN’s smooth, steady vocals and witty lyrics. The neutrally phrased lyrics, “Love, bitter, sweet and vertiginous,” stimulate curiosity.
# Soohyun OPPA musical challenge, album of various genres
In this album, SOOHYUN, including the title track “소주의 요정“, features various genres such as rock, country, and blues within the album, showing a broad musical spectrum. It contains “Wake up,” which features SOOHYUN’s autobiographical story, and “Marry me,” a ballad that expresses the shaky feelings and situations of the man who is about to propose.
The album notably contains the duet “My friend” sung with Niel from the group Teen Top.
