Her agency First One Entertainment said on September 6, “HEO CHAN MI has confirmed her attendance at the 49th Los Angeles Korea Festival, which will be held at Seoul International Park in Korean Town, LA for four days from September 22-25. “
HEO CHAN MI will perform on stage for two days, a show on Friday the 24th and a closing performance on the 25th. HEO CHAN MI is expected to elevate the performance level by raising the festival heat to the highest level with excellent vocal skills, thrilling performances and seasoned stage manners.
HEO CHAN MI should evoke “Heo Chan-mi Holic” by showing the potential of “Kmusic” with a broad musical spectrum and an extraordinary talent that encompasses genres from dance to trot.
The 49th LA Korea Festival, which HEO CHAN MI is participating in, is the largest overseas Korean society Korean festival which started three years ago, since 2019. The festival will feature a variety of events to promote Korea, such as Korean parades, Korean traditional music performances, taekwondo demonstrations, performances of Korean traditional games and singing contests.
HEO CHAN MI debuted in an idol group (CO-ED SCHOOL) and transformed into a trotting singer thanks to TV Chosun’s “Miss Trot 2”, emerging as a “performance queen ” emergent with powerful singing and unparalleled dance skills. Since then, in June last year, she released her first trot single, “찬미쓰트롯:해운대 밤바다 (Chan-Miss Trot: Haeundae Night Sea),” and has been active on various stages and shows.
HEO CHAN MI is set to appear in TV Chosun’s “화요일은 밤이 좋아 (I Love Tuesday Night)” which will air this afternoon.
