TAN: A new comeback, a new single

Boy group TAN has confirmed its comeback in October.

TAN (Changsun, Jooan, Jaejun, Sunghyuk, Hyunyeop, Taehoon, and Ji Sung) will be making a comeback with its debut single “DREAM & DEURIM” on various online music sites at 6 p.m. on October 11. Pre-orders will take place from 5 p.m. on October 4.

“DREAM & DEURIM” is an album about TAN’s desire to give everything to the fans. The single features a total of two songs, “Beautiful LIE” and “Our youth“. “Beautiful LIE” is a deep house genre song that combines strong beats and vocals that showcase TAN’s unique unexpected beauty, and as the title suggests, it expresses the story of the members who are drunk on the beautiful lies and end up falling into it.

The album was created by new, hit-and-miss producer chAN’s for Kevin, Stray Kids and Twice and producing the title track for INI, the winning band “Produce 101 Season 2 Japan.” On top of that, MOTF, who created the choreography for Stray Kids’ “Maniac” and Twice’s Nayeon’s solo song “Pop,” added the completeness.

Another new song, “Our youth,” is a follow-up song to 2TAN wish version’s “You are the star” and is a mid-tempo ballad genre song. It’s a response to the love and gratitude felt in front of the fans, and the emotions felt every moment during the work are expressed with rhythm guitar and calm vocals from the members. In particular, JAEJUN participated in the lyrics and composition, and JISUNG participated in the lyrics, adding meaning.

As they have shown solid growth since their debut and hit global K-POP fans with their overwhelming performances, attention is already on the story the group will draw through this album.
