Group CLASS:y showed the potential of fourth-generation representative talent idols at “Gayo Daejejeon.”

CLASS:y (Hyungseo, Chaewon, Hyeju, Riwon, Jimin, Boeun et Seonyou) performed at MBC’s 2022 MBC Music Festival at 8:40 p.m. KST on December 31.
That day, CLASS:y performed the “Tick tick boom” scene, and as soon as it appeared, the group grabbed attention with its unique visuals, as well as its mesmerizing femme fatale charm. It took control of the Grand Festival.
CLASS:y then performed Koyote’s hit song “Sad dream” with Jang Sung Kyu. CLASS:y presented memories of the 80s and 90s with a style reminiscent of that era, and added fantastic synergy with Jang Sung Kyu to perfectly assimilate “Sad dream”.
In addition, CLASS:y performed “순정” and “GO” with Koyote, a senior group that has the longest career as a mixed group in Korea. Following its perfect chemistry with Koyote, CLASS:y s also claimed an unlimited musical spectrum with scenes that stood out with the group’s own interpretation.
CLASS:y, which dominated the front row of the small screen with a variety of “Gayo Daejejeon” scenes, showed off its conceptual ability to cross different genres and impressed the audience.
CLASS:y will meet local fans with the release of their first Japanese original single “TARGET” in February and a fan concert.
