The title track of group FROMIS_9‘s debut album is “#menow,” the agency announced on May 16.
Pledis Entertainment released FROMIS_9‘s “tracklist” on their official SNS at 9 p.m. KST the day before.
Beginning with “Attitude”, the album features a total of 10 songs, including “#menow”, “Wishlist”, “In the mirror“, “Don’t care“, “Prom Night“, “Bring it on“, “What I want“, “My night routine“, and “눈맞춤“.
The title song is “#menow” placed on track 2. It is an impressive song with a message that brings you into FROMIS_9‘s first full album, “UNLOCK MY WORLD” and the lyrics with which all MZ generations can meet up.
Regarding FROMIS_9’s first full album, the agency hinted, “It’s an album that contains FROMIS_9’s will to face the world with a no-frills and honest ‘real me’.”
The talented lyricists also helped FROMIS_9 improve its musical perfection. Hit song creator “Ryan Jhun”, who has produced many songs that have reached No. 1, was named in the composition and arrangement of the title track “#menow”, while general producer Bang Si Hyuk from Hybe assisted for the seventh track “Bring it on”. This is the first time that producer Bang Si Hyuk has presented a song to FROMIS_9.
The active participation of members is also remarkable. PARK JI WON wrote and composed “Wishlist,” BAEK JI HEON wrote the lyrics for “In the mirror” and “Prom night,” and LEE SEO YEON and LEE NA GYUNG were named composers for “My night routine.” In particular, the 10th track “눈맞춤” was written by all the members, and SONG HA YOUNG also participated in the composition and showed off their musical abilities.
FROMIS_9’s first full album “UNLMOCK MY WORLD” will be released at 6 p.m. KST on June 5. Global K-pop fans are paying great attention to FROMIS_9’s return for its first full album, which contains sincerity, after about a year.
