LISA
BLACKPINK member LISA expressed her feelings about attending a state dinner at Buckingham Palace in England.

LISA posted a photo on her social media on November 23 in English, along with a message saying, “It was a true honor to be with you at a special Korean state dinner at Buckingham Palace.” In the photo, LISA showed off her elegant figure in a mint-colored crystal dress.
Earlier, BLACKPINK’s four members JISOO, JENNIE, LISA and ROSE received the British Empire Medal at a cultural artist encouragement event held at Buckingham Palace in London the day before. The Order of the British Empire is awarded to those who have made a significant contribution to British society or made outstanding achievements in various fields, including politics, economics, culture and the arts. The Order of the British Empire is classified into five ranks, and the MBE (Member of the British Empire) received by BLACKPPINK is the lowest.
Meanwhile, LISA, originally from Thailand, debuted with BLACKPINK in 2016 with the other three members and gained worldwide popularity with songs such as “As if it’s your last”, “Ddu-du Ddu -du” and “Pink venom”. LISA made her solo debut in 2021 with her first single “LALISA” and topped the iTunes Top Song Chart in 103 countries.
