On November 28 and 29, ATEEZ appeared at the 2023 MAMA AWARDS held at the Tokyo Dome in Japan.
Therefore, on the first day of the ceremony, ATEEZ attended the 2023 MAMA AWARDS as a guest and won the “Worldwide Fans’ Choice” main prize. The latter has a special meaning, because these are the artists chosen by global fans, showing the group’s popularity around the world. But that’s not the only award the group won, on the second and final day of the ceremony, November 29, ATEEZ won the “Favorite Global Performer Male Group” award and declared with great determination: “Thank you, ATINY, we really love you. We will become an ATEEZ who will always be grateful and reciprocate. We will work hard to show you a better performance.”
Additionally, ATEEZ opened this second day with a collaborative performance with actor RYU SEUNG-RYONG. After a short film, ATEEZ began with its latest song “Bouncy (K-hot chilli peppers)”. ATEEZ greatly attracted the public‘s attention by the group members’ aura, but also by its catchy choreography. The stage continued with the actor RYU SEUNG-RYONG who had fun on stage by daringly taking a bite of chili before announcing the group‘s new song.
That day, ATEEZ completely overwhelmed the stage by showing a unique sense of excitement through “Crazy form” and created an unprecedented performance.
