JD1, a “rookie AI solo idol”, released a teaser video and seriously announced its debut.
On January 8, the first music video teaser for the lead single “WHO AM I” was released on YouTube channel 1theK.
In the released video, JD1 appears running through the streets of Spain and the laboratory where JD1 was born. Various colors, cute graphics and JD1 idol visuals have been added to create a lively and refreshing atmosphere.
In particular, the bouncy melody of parts of the single “WHO AM I” and the lyrics “I’m going crazy, where am I?” caught the attention and ears of fans.
Earlier, JD1 released a preview video on its official YouTube channel on the 5th, where you can listen to the first song in advance. JD1 raised expectations for the full song by perfectly presenting the song with its smooth voice and singing ability.
The production of JD1’s debut single “WHO AM I” was led by composer Ryan Jhun, who produced hits for IU, OH MY GIRL, NCT 127, LOONA and Ryan Jhun reportedly praised JD1’s endless possibilities, predicting a high degree of completeness.
Additionally, MOTF, which has produced outstanding choreographies of various K-pop idols such as SEVENTEEN, ITZY, STRAY KIDS, and BOYNEXTDOOR, was in charge of the choreography.
As it was born with special hands and a body only created for JD1, special attention is paid to the type of scene with which it will meet its fans.
JD1 will release its debut single “WHO AM I” on January 11 at 6 p.m. KST through various music sites.
