LEE SUNG JONG
LEE SUNG JONG of the group Infinite has asked his agency SPK Entertainment to terminate his contract.

LEE SUNG JONG signed an exclusive contract with SPK Entertainment in August 2022. At that time, the agency stated that it would spare no full support for his activities and signed the contract with faith in this promise. However, contrary to the initial promise, LEE SUNG JONG said
“I did not receive the necessary support for TV appearances, fan meetings and album releases from SPK Entertainment right after signing the contract, and I did not receive the promised deposit. I asked them to continue to resolve the issue of refunding the canceled fan meeting, but they were refused.”
“Despite my lack of support from society, I tried my best to maintain my trust in it. I released a single titled “THE ONE” as a solo artist in March 2023 and I toured Europe for the first time. Additionally, I released “13gin” with the entire INFINITE members in July last year and did a comeback tour in Asia called “COMEBACK AGAIN.” he declared.
LEE SUNG JONG said, “After months of trying to discuss the problematic situation, I finally sent proof of the content through a law firm in early December 2023 to demand validation of the breakup of contract.” Nevertheless, SPK Entertainment only avoided responding, and inevitably, LEE SUNG JONG had no choice but to inform SPK Entertainment of the termination of the exclusivity contract towards the end of December 2023.
“I tried to resolve the situation smoothly through dialogue, regardless of the notice of termination of the exclusive contract, but SPK Entertainment ignored it and officially informed me last week that it did not have the I intend to consult myself. I wanted to continue to resolve the situation through dialogue with the company, but now I will take legal action through a law firm as soon as possible, because the relationship of trust in within SPK Entertainment has collapsed.” did he declare.
Finally, he added, “I‘m just sorry to give some sad news to the fans who love and support me. I would like to thank those who cheer me up.“
LEE SUNG JONG, who debuted as INFINITE in 2010, is popular for hits such as “Be mine” and “The chaser.”
