ATEEZ: The group will be at COACHELLA 2024
ATEEZ announced today, January 17, its presence at the famous American COACHELLA festival.
As ATEEZ prepares to begin its next world tour at the end of the month, the group announced on January 17 its participation in the famous American festival COACHELLA. With this announcement, ATEEZ becomes the first k-pop boy group to perform on this legendary stage alongside internationally recognized artists such as LANA DEL RAY, TYLER THE CREATOR and DOJA CAT.
This announcement caused a lot of reaction from ATINYs (fandom name) on SNS congratulating the group for this news and showing the group’s popularity throughout the world, particularly in the United States. Indeed, ATEEZ had ranked first place in the American ranking “BILLBOARD 200” just after the release of its second full album and remained in the ranking for 5 consecutive weeks. Additionally, ATEEZ was the only 4th generation K-pop group to reach No. 2 on the UK’s Official Album Chart surpassing their record.
Thus, the group will perform on two Fridays, April 12 and 19, 2023. Places will be available for pre-sale from this Friday, June 19 on the COACHELLA website where registrations are currently open.
ATEEZ will begin its 2024 world tour, “TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER” at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul on January 27 and 28.
