Pledis Entertainment’s new group TWS will reveal the first scene of four songs from its first mini album during the world premiere show on Mnet.
According to Pledis Entertainment, TWS (Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon and Kyungmin) will perform “Oh My: 7s (Oh Mama)“, “Unplugged Boy” and “BFF” on January 22 at 7 p.m. KST on “TWS 이렇게 만나서 반가워 (TWS Nice to meet you like this)“, which will be broadcast simultaneously on Mnet, M2 and Hybe Labels YouTube channels.
A VCR featuring various charms of TWS has also been prepared. Thanks to the video recorder, they will reveal their new daily life in school uniform and will arouse the enthusiasm of fans around the world. The self-introduction of the six members and various missions to see the chemistry between the members are also key waiting points for the first show. In particular, the broadcasting company hinted during the first broadcast that an unexpected surprise had come to the members.
A special event will also be organized for fans. TWS’s special album for its debut show will be on sale on the M2 Live Shopping YouTube channel for one week starting May 22. The special album will include special photo card privileges of TWS members who took photos at the recording site of the title song.
TWS is the first boy group introduced by Pledis Entertainment nine years after SEVENTEEN, and attracts attention as “Best Anticipated in 2024“. Those who heralded the “Boyhood Pop” genre, which stimulates a boy’s pure and beautiful sensibilities, envision playing music that is clear and refreshing.
TWS will open its pop-up store “TWS: THE MUSEUM VISITOR” at Hyundai Seoul on January 18. The pop-up store will offer exhibitions and experiential opportunities to get a closer look at TWS.
