GOT7’s BAMBAM has canceled his US tour due to injury.

“BAMBAM’s American tour “THE 1ST WORLD TOUR ‘AREA 52‘”, scheduled for February 10 to 24, will inevitably be canceled due to the worsening of the artist’s ankle injury,” the agency said on January 26.
According to the agency’s explanation, BAMBAM’s ankle injury worsened while he was rehearsing a new song that was to be presented during the American tour leading to its cancellation because it was deemed inappropriate to continue with the program.
“We sincerely thank the fans for their great interest and we sincerely apologize for having to cancel this tour. We will prioritize the artist’s health in order to be able to perform the rest of the tour again.“, declared the agency.
Tickets for the show will be fully refunded.
BAMBAM was scheduled to perform concerts in six American cities, starting with Oakland on February 10, then Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Washington and New York. After finishing its first performance at the Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park on September 16, it toured Asia, the Philippines, Macau, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Japan.
