DAY6’s DOWOON has released a personal teaser for his new album “FOUREVER”.
DAY6 revealed the individual teaser content of SUNGJIN, YOUNG K and WONPIL on its official SNS ahead of the release of its new mini album and title song “Welcome to the Show” on March 18. On March 14, at midnight and noon KST, DOWOON’s personal concept photos and video spoiler were released.
DOWOON, wearing a colorful cardigan in the teaser video, created a warm atmosphere while enjoying the warm sun against a blue sky. He also thrilled viewers by making eye contact with the camera and his gentle eyes.
The new name “FOUREVER” is named by combining the number “Four” and “Forever”, which symbolize SUNGJIN, YOUNG K, WONPIL and DOWOON. The new album will feature seven songs written and composed by the members, including the title song “Welcome to the Show“, “Happy”, “The power of love“, “Get the hell out“, “나만 슬픈 엔딩“, “사랑 하게 해주라” and “그게 너의 사랑인지 몰랐어”.
The new song “Welcome to the Show” presents listeners with overwhelming emotions, with a great scale that adds elements of the progressive house genre to the sound of post-Britpop. Composer Hong Sang Ji, who has worked with DAY6 for a long time, and the members participated in the song.
DAY6’s eighth mini album “FOUREVER” and title track “Welcome to the Show” will be available on various music sites at 6 p.m. KST on March 18. It will organize a solo concert from April 12 to 14.
