This Friday, July 19th, 2024, the group STRAY KIDS (BANGCHAN, LEE KNOW, CHANGBIN, HYUNJIN, HAN, FELIX, SEUNGMIN, I.N) from JYP ENTERTAINMENT unveiled the music video « Chk Chk Boom » as well as the mini-album « ATE ».
The boys had a nice surprise for their fans. Indeed, the actors RYAN REYNOLDS and HUGH JACKMAN appear respectively in the costumes of their characters DEADPOOL and WOLVERINE.
This is not the first public interaction between STRAY KIDS and RYAN REYNOLDS. In May 2021, during MNET‘s KINGDOM : LEGENDY WAR, FELIX paid tribute to DEADPOOL during the group’s cover of BLACKPINK‘s « Ddu-du Ddu-du ».
RYAN REYNOLDS and HUGH JACKMAN met up with BANG CHAN and FELIX while visiting Korea to promote their upcoming film DEADPOOL AND WOLVERINE which will be released on July 24th, putting their relationship in the spotlight once again. Additionally, « Slash » by STRAY KIDS will appear in the film’s soundtrack.
