About three months after the release of SEVENTEEN’s (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, Dokyeom, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino) “Best Album”, it regained the number one spot on Japan’s Oricon Albums Chart.

According to the latest rankings released by Oricon in Japan on July 27, SEVENTEEN’s “Best Album” “17 IS RIGHT HERE” topped the daily album chart with 25,211 daily sales.
“17 IS RIGHT HERE,” the only K-pop album to reach the “triple million seller” rank this year, took the top spot on Oricon’s major album chart when it was released on April 29 (released in Japan on April 30). It also ranked second, the highest by a K-pop artist, on the Hot Albums chart in the first half of 2024 (counting period: November 27, 2023 to May 26, 2024).
SEVENTEEN’s continued popularity in the second half of this year, foreshadowing their global expansion. They are planning their world tour “SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR” in Asia and the United States starting in October. They will headline the Lollapalooza Berlin event to be held at the Olympic Stadium in Germany in September.
SEVENTEEN’s growing popularity was confirmed by a recent fan meeting that ended with great success. As many as 118 fans from 118 countries and regions accessed the online live broadcast of “2024 SVT 8TH FAN MEETING “SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND“” at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul from the 23rd to the 24th of this month.
From April to May, SEVENTEEN held the “SEVENTEEN TOUR FOLLOW AGAIN” eight times at super-large stadiums in Korea and Japan, attracting a total of 380,000 spectators.
