Singer KIM WOOJIN will recruit the first generation of the official global fan club “CUBS”.
KIM WOOJIN opened “KIM WOOJIN OFFICIAL FANCLUB CUBS 1st MEMBERSHIP” via the global fan commerce platform Weverse at 2 p.m. KST on August 1.
“CUBS” is a plural form of the English word “Cub,” which means a cub, and, includes the meaning of a baby bear. It was adopted as the official name of the fandom in March 2021, based on the fact that fans began to refer to themselves as “CUBS” because KIM WOOJIN has many nicknames related to bears.
Recruitment of the first generation of “CUBS” will take place via the KIM WOOJIN Weverse community from August 1 to September 1. The first generation of “CUBS” will enjoy a variety of benefits, including mobile maps, as well as opportunities to participate in special online and offline events and public broadcasts. Through KIM WOOJIN’s Weverse community, members-only content can also be viewed.
In particular, KIM WOOJIN will also be showing undisclosed Polaroid photos to a select number of “CUBS” ahead of his 3rd debut anniversary (August 5). KIM WOOJIN is always communicating intimately with his fans and thanking them for their unwavering love and support.
In the meantime, KIM WOO JIN will be holding the Latin American tour “KIM WOOJIN: I LIKE THE WAY in Latin America” sequentially in Mexico City, Mexico on September 14 and Monterrey on September 17.
