NOWADAYS
Cube Entertainment‘s boy group NOWADAYS is back with a new album.

NOWADAYS’ second single album, “NOWHERE,” which will be released at 6 PM on August 27, is an album with a message: they will deliver a memorable moment, “NO WHERE 어디에도 없는, NOW HERE 지금 여기 (Nowhere, nowhere else. Now here, here),” with their own charm and musicality. It contains a total of three tracks, including the title track “Why Not?” and “Heart vs head” and “걔 말고 너.“
“Why not?” is a funky hip-hop dance song with brass sources that generously expresses NOWADAYS’ free and intense charm. The lyrics describe the boy who fell in love with his ideal, dream type, and the friends who tease him.
The song is written, composed, and arranged by the hitmaker production team Boombastic, who has participated in songs by top artists such as I.O.I’s “소나기”, SEVENTEEN’s “Pretty u“, and GOD’s “Eye to eye“, and contains the kitschy and passionate energy of NOWADAYS.
In addition, all the tracks, including “Heart vs head“, which expresses an immature and squeaky figure due to not moving like a thought amidst the excitement and tension of love, and “걔 말고 너“, which contains realistic advice from the perspective of pure boys and friends in love, have organic connectivity and show three-dimensional descriptions of situations from different angles, adding value to enjoying the entire track.

Following “OoWee” and “Ticket” from the first album, member SIYUN also participated in the rap creation of “걔 말고 너” this time, showing his own musicality. It is expected that NOWADAYS can become a top boy group that will lead Cube through this new report.
NOWADAYS debuted as a boy group that was introduced after eight years under Cube Entertainment in April. Starting with the title track “OoWee” and the follow-up track “Ticket,” NOWADAYS showed its own sensitivity with the project song “Rainy day (2024 Remake ver.)” in July.
