KARD (BM, J.seph, Jeon Somin, Jeon Jiwoo) released a teaser for “Tell my momma Setting Performance” (hereinafter referred to as “Setting Performance”) on their official YouTube channel at midnight on September 6.
The released video begins with the four members visiting a movie theater. Afterwards, the songs “KARD Setting Performance MUVIE” and “Tell My Momma” appear on the screen one after another, arousing curiosity.
“Setting Performance” is a short content reflecting the trend, and the subtitle “Muvie” is a combination of music and film (in English). Through this, KARD will present the title song “Tell my momma” from their seventh mini album in the form of a short music video. Each member’s story is linked to a famous movie, and it is planned to add an immersive feeling to the music with high-quality visuals as well as a solid performance.
On the 13th of last month, KARD released their seventh mini album “Where To Now?” (Part.1: Yellow Light), which features new musical milestones for all four members. All members have a cheerful and warm “yellow” feeling, such as their transformation into blondes. The title song “Tell my momma” ranked in the top 10 of iTunes’ best K-pop songs in 12 countries and regions around the world shortly after its release.
