TOXIC, a “festival powerhouse” rock band, will be performing at the “Busan International Rock Festival 2024“.
According to its agency AW Entertainment, “TOXIC, a group that announced their comeback in March this year for the first time in 10 years, will participate in the ‘Busan International Rock Festival 2024‘ to be held at Busan Samrak Eco Park on October 4.“
The Busan International Rock Festival is the first and oldest rock festival in Korea that has maintained its reputation for 25 years since its first launch in 2000, and will be held at Samrak Eco Park from October 4 to 6. Since winning the KBS “TOP Band” award in 2011, TOXIC, a group that has been active in various festivals, has released a total of three mini albums and a number of singles including “FIRST BRIDGE,” “COUNT DOWN,” and “Time,” captivating listeners’ ears and becoming a rock band with unparalleled musicality and popularity.
Since then, TOXIC, who has been on a long hiatus due to military and individual activities, made a splash in March by announcing their comeback with the new album “소년의 눈” for the first time in about 10 years. The single album single “소년의 눈” is a song that sings about the time when he looked at the world with his eyes full of passion, and contains a message to convey his desire to regain the passion he had dreamed of with the boy’s eyes once again through the song.
Drawing on the natural energy condensed so far on the stage of “Busan International Rock Festival 2024“, TOXIC plans to give heart-pounding thrills to the audience who visited the venue with a variety of set lists and powerful live performances.
