Three executives of TN ENTERTAINMENT have been involved in suspicions of breach of trust in the context of their duties.
According to the electronic information system of the Financial Services Commission on July 27, TN ENTERTAINMENT recently confirmed suspicions of breach of trust in the context of their duties against Mr. Noh, Mr. Bae, and Mr. Kim.
Regarding this, the company is reportedly preparing legal measures, including a criminal complaint and civil lawsuits. TN ENTERTAINMENT stated:
“In the future, we will take all necessary measures in accordance with legal procedures, including claiming damages for all future events, and we will actively cooperate with investigations by competent authorities.”
However, as the amount of the breach of trust has not yet been determined so far, the ratio relative to equity capital has not been calculated. The company’s equity capital amounted to approximately 66.97 billion won according to the individual financial statements at the end of the year 2025.
TN ENTERTAINMENT indicated: “The suspicions and the amount of the breach of trust may vary depending on the court’s judgment” and “If the amount of the breach of trust is set at 3% or more of equity capital or 1 billion won or more, this could be subject to a substantial examination of eligibility for listing.”
