Virtual idol group PLAVE will be participating in its first drama OST since its debut.
The original soundtrack “달랐을까” for Genie TV’s original series “Dear Hyeri” featuring PLAVE will be released on various music sites at 6 p.m. KST on October 13.
“Dear Hyeri” (directed by Jung Jihyun and Heo Seokwon / script by Hangaram / planned by KT Studio Genie / produced by Studio Dragon / Studio Him) is a happiness-regenerating romance drama that heals the hidden wounds in the hearts of announcer Joo Eunho (Shin Hyesun) and her ex-boyfriend Jung Hyunoh (Lee Jinwook).
“달랐을까” is a well-made ballad that showcases PLAVE’s new charms. On the warm but lonely guitar line, the five members’ vocals become a story. From the first half of the song to the second half, emotions are expressed in different parts of the song.
PLAVE will bring a greater sense of immersion to the love story of the drama “Dear Hyeri” with its heartbreaking lyrics, melodies, and sweet vocals.
“달랐을까” will debut in the 8th episode, which will air on Genie TV at 8 a.m. KST on October 7. It will also air in its entirety on ENA channel at 10 p.m. KST on the 15th, further increasing the emotional level of the work.
PLAVE released a new song “Pump up the volume!” in August and is actively engaged in activities. On the day of its release, the song topped the Melon Charts HOT100 and TOP100, and once again ranked No. 1 in terrestrial music broadcasting, attracting attention. In addition, the cumulative streaming of their second mini album has reached 1 billion won, making it the shortest record ever released in Melon’s venue “Beliance Club”.
PLAVE will hold an encore of the fan concert “PLAVE FAN CONCERT “Hello, Astorum!” ENCORE” at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium on October 5th and 6th and meet with fans.
