PENTAGON’sJINHO, HUI, and SHINHWON expressed their thoughts on their 8th debut anniversary.

Cube Entertainment‘s agency announced PENTAGON’s 8th debut anniversary celebration via its official SNS today. The celebration image featured a metal pentagonal logo and an “8” signifying the 8th debut anniversary.
On the occasion of the 8th debut anniversary, JINHO said:
“I am very grateful to the UNIVERSEs (band fans) for supporting us over the past 8 years. Thanks to the UNIVERSEs, we can continue to make the music we love. We will become members of PENTAGON who will continue to be your pride. I love you.”
Additionally, HUI stated, “Seeing the good memories I’ve made with the members and UNIVERSEs that are buried in every step I take, I think, ‘We’ve spent a lot of time together.’ I’m excited to see how much happier I’ll be. I hope that PENTAGON and UNIVERSEs will continue to write beautiful stories together for a long time in the future.”
SHINWON stated,
“I am proud of myself for working hard, but most of all I am grateful to the UNIVERSEs for supporting and loving me for the past eight years. I will always come back as Ko Shinwon who can repay you. I love you, dear UNIVERSE.”
PENTAGON has been (still is) loved as a boy group with unique music and charm after debuting with theitsr first mini album “PENTAGON” in 2016, releasing many hit songs such as “Shine,” “Like this,” “Naughty boy,” and “Daisy.”
JINHO released his first solo mini album “CHO:RD” in September, and HUI released her new digital single “잡초 With Jang Hye-jin” on October 6, as well as a summery track “Easy dance” with Kwon Eunbi, following his first solo mini album “WHU IS ME: Complex” this year. SHINWON is currently working as a social worker (military service).
