On November 19, Brandnew Music announced the release of the new album by releasing the concept photo of YANG DA IL‘s third studio album “MY INSECURE” via its official SNS networks. The track list, highlight medley, and music video teaser of the title songs “사랑해줘” and “This love is gold” were released, attracting the attention of many fans.
YANG DA IL’s new album “MY INSECURE” is a full-length album released 4 years after the release of “OUR BOYS AND SADNESS” in 2021. It contains bold musical attempts different from the music that YANG DA IL has presented so far, and consists of 10 songs, including the pre-release songs “About you” and “Call me more sometimes“.
The title song of this full-length album consists of three songs in total, and the first title song, “This love is gold“, is a POP R&B ballad infused with New Jack swing. He expressed the process of making “gold” by comparing it to love. Another title track, “사랑해줘”, is an R&B POP genre song with an acoustic guitar sound that blends with YANG DA IL‘s soft and unique vocals. The last title track “Through the night” is a mid-tempo rhythmic R&B song with a lonely and cold vocal on a warm track, adding to the opposite charm.
