BTS’s J-HOPE (real name Jung Ho Seok) will embark on his first international solo tour since his debut 12 years ago.

On January 10, his agency Big Hit Music announced that the “J-HOPE “HOPE ON THE STAGE”” tour will first be held at the KSPO Dome (Gymnastics Stadium) at the Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul from February 28 to March 2.
“HOPE ON THE STAGE” is J-HOPE’s first solo world tour. Big Hit Music introduced the title of the performance by saying,
“It means ‘J-HOPE on stage’ and at the same time, it means that the hopes, wishes, and dreams that he and the audience want will be expressed in various forms through the stage.”
He will perform songs from his special album “HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1” on this stage for the first time.
After Seoul, J-HOPE will meet his fans around the world with 31 performances in 15 cities, in North America, such as Brooklyn, Chicago, Mexico City, then in Asia with Manila, Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macau, Taipei and Osaka.

Earlier on January 5, J-HOPE posted a New Year’s message on Weverse, saying,
“I hope everyone will be blooming and beautiful in 2025. I support your first steps into the new year with all my heart more than anyone else. This year will be a very important year for me. I will show you many things.”
The three performances in Seoul will be accompanied by offline performances and online live streams. Given the situation of the large wildfires in California, the North American performance will be detailed later.
J-HOPE said on Weverse, “I am very sorry and worried about the news that the damage caused by the wildfires in California is very serious. I hope everyone can meet safely and in good health.”
