Big Planet Made, the agency of SHINee member and solo artist TAEMIN, has announced that it plans to take legal action against rumors involving TAEMIN.

Big Planet Made stated on January 15 via TAEMIN’s social media:
“We are aware of the concerns raised by some communities and social media posts related to SHINee’s TAEMIN’s activities. All recent social media posts are clearly false. We plan to respond strongly to the false information.” it said.
TAEMIN recently did not attend “SMTown Live 2025,” held by his former agency SM Entertainment to celebrate his 30th anniversary. Not only TAEMIN, but ONEW, who had moved to a new agency, was also not present, but unconfirmed claims have been made about TAEMIN.
TAEMIN’s agency added, “We always support and encourage SHINee’s activities, for which TAEMIN has great affection,” and “At the same time, we are doing our best to provide full support so that the artist can receive fair treatment and be active as a solo artist as well.”
After “SMTown,” some people started spreading rumors that TAEMIN’s absence was due to his current agency. However, since there was no particular opinion on ONEW, who left SM Entertainment and is now working with another agency, public opinion turned against him.
TAEMIN once again emphasized through a fan communication platform on January 13 that “his love for SHINee remains unchanged.“
