BTOB won this year’s vocal group grand prize.
BTOB (Seo Eun Kwang, Lee Min Hyuk, Lim Hyun Sik, Peniel) won the grand prize in the Vocal Group of the Year category at “SUPERSOUND FESTIVAL 2024” held at VENETIAN Arena in Macau on January 18.
“SUPERSOUND FESTIVAL 2024” is an innovative music festival that combines award ceremonies and concerts, and is a festival created by K-pop artists and fans beyond the scope of existing awards and performances. Hong Kong and Macau awarded special awards to artists selected by organizing committees and objective data from more than six Asian countries.
LEE MIN HYUK brought the festival to life as the MC that day, showing stable hosting and conversation skills. With its performance, BTOB won the grand prize in the “Vocal Group of the Year” category, proving the great popularity of the “Trusting and Listening Group“.
Right after the award ceremony, BTOB said:
“Thank you so much for giving us a precious and wonderful award. Above all, we wanted to dedicate this award to MELODYs (the official name of BTOB’s fan club). We will continue to sing with all our hearts. Thank you and we love you.”
After the award ceremony, BTOB heated up the festival atmosphere by performing passionate performances.
BTOB received an explosive response by performing masterpieces loved by fans around the world, including “Beautiful pain“, “Be alright“, “Wind and wish“, and “Missing you“. It showed its “performance master” qualifier with a fantastic performance with its perfect and exclusive live performance without shaking.
“2024 SUPERSOUND FESTIVAL” featuring BTOB will be broadcast on SBS in February.
Meanwhile, BTOB successfully concluded “2024 BTOB CONCERT “Be Alight”” which was held at Jamsil Student Gymnasium in Seoul for three days from December 27 to 29 last year.
